Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for curating the brand’s social media channels, creating and posting engaging content and strategist and executing digital marketing campaigns – through DNA Networks and its sub brand’s social media platforms.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Create targeted communication for the propagating their positioning and agenda.
  2. Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns and gather and analyse the data results from those campaigns
  3. Understanding how to use engagement metrics effectively and how to optimize campaigns based on those metrics
  4. Create and post shareable and engaging content.
  5. Be the voice of the brand on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other engaging social media platforms

Key Skills:
  1. Expertise: Should be able to produce ideas, high-quality content and have the ability to drive the designers.
  2. Social Media expertise: Should know Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram in great depth and understand how each platform differs. Should be open to exploring all other social media platforms for the brand as well
  3. Communication: Top-notch communication and writing skills are needed, while a good sense of humour is a bonus. Ideation of viral content that benefits the brand is needed
  4. Customer-service mindset: Should be able to recognize and understand the audience on each platform and keep them in mind while crafting each message
  5. Brand-building attitude: Should have a focus on building the overall reputation and image of the brand
  6. Love for sports: Should be a sports enthusiast and be well versed with sporting events, trends, news, and brands on all social media platforms
  7. Teamwork: Should be able to work with other social media managers and content, marketing, sales, and SEO teams to understand the content and strategy of the brand and execute accordingly
  8. Profit-oriented thinking: Should be able to understand and manage budgets and execute in a manner that is profitable and efficient
